Chapman Avenue, Orange Members of the public can access meetings on Spectrum Cable Channel 3 and AT&T U-verse Channel 99 and streamed live and on-demand on the City’s website. All interested persons may submit comments and may be heard on any relevant matter relating to the proposed actions by mail, email, voicemail or in -person, as set forth in the March 5, 2025, Design Review Committee agenda to be posted on the City’s website at www.cityoforange.org. DATE: WEDNESDAY, March 5, 2025 TIME: 5:30 P.M. (or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard) SUBJECT: Coleman Family Law – Monument Sign (Design Review No. 5160) PROPERTY LOCATION: 1006 E. Chapman Avenue (APN: 390-452-01) REQUEST: A proposal to demolish and construct a new monument sign with a stucco finish and bronze lettering. The monument sign dimensions are 3-foot 6-inches in height, 4-foot 8-inches in width, and the signage square footage is 10 square feet. This property is a contributor to the Old Towne Historic District. ENVIRONMENTAL INFORMATION: The proposed project is categorically exempt from the provisions of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) per State CEQA Guidelines 15301 (Class 1 – Existing Facilities) because the project consists of adding new signage to an existing commercial property.
