The Planning Commission of the City of Orange, California convened
2024, at 5:30 p.m. in a Regular tvleeting in the Council Chamber, 300 E
Orange, California.
,1. OPENING/CALL TO ORDER
Chair Vazquez called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m.

Chair Vazquez led the flag salute.

Present: Martinez, Maldonado, Tucker, Mccormack, Leslie, and Vazquez
Absent: Veiar

3. NEW BUSINESS
3.1.

A request to allow the establishmenl of a new convenience store with alcohol
sales at 125 N. Tustin Street, Unit F and finding of CEQA Exemption (Conditional
Use Permit No. 3226-24).

The following spoke on behalf of the project:

A motion was made by Chair Vazquez, seconded by Commissioner lvlartinez to:
1) Adopt Planning Commission Resolution No. 25-24 entitled:
A Resolution of the Planning Commission of the City of Orange approving Conditional
Use Permit No.3226-24, a request to allow a full range of alcoholic beverage sales for
off-site consumption at a proposed convenience store in conjunction with a new Stale
of California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) Type 21 license
(off-Sale General) at an existing tenant space located at 125 N. Tustin Street, Unit F.
2) Find the proposal exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) per
State CEQA Guidelines Section 1 5301 .
The motion carried by the following vote:
Ayes: Martinez, Maldonado, Tucker, Mccormack, Leslie, and Vazquez
Noes: None
Absent: Veiar

There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 5:52 p.m
