The list contains names and terms of office for appointments to all regular Boards, Commissions, and Committees which are appointed by the City Council. Note: The names on this list are subject to change based on term expirations and resignations that occur during the year. AUDIT ADVISORY COMMITTEE Qualifications: The Committee shall consist of seven (7) members whose primary residence or primary place of employment is in the City of Orange. The City Treasurer and Finance Director, or their designee, shall serve as advisory non-voting members. Committee members shall have business-related experience, and the designation of Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is desirable. Committee members shall be qualified to analyze and interpret architectural and site planning information, including, but not limited to, licensed landscape architects, architects, urban planners, engineers, and licensed general contractors. At least two members shall have professional experience in urban planning, architectural history or historic preservation and possess a general knowledge of architecture in the Old Towne Historic District. No member of a board, commission, or committee who has served 12 consecutive years shall be eligible for reappointment to the same board, commission or committee prior to the passage of a two- year interval.
