(or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard) SUBJECT: Ontiveros Residence – Bedroom Addition (Design Review No. 5141-24) PROPERTY LOCATION: 527 E. Sycamore Ave. (APN: 386-142-20) REQUEST: A proposal to add 388 square foot bedroom and bathroom addition to the rear and to infill 96 square feet of a patio to an existing single-family residence. The proposal also includes interior reconfiguration of the home and a new uncovered deck in the rear. This property is not a contributor to the Old Towne Historic District. ENVIRONMENTAL INFORMATION: The proposed project is categorically exempt from the provisions of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) per State CEQA Guidelines Section 15301 (Class 1 - Existing Facilities), because it consists of a negligible addition (484 square feet) of less than 10,000 square feet to an existing single-family residence, in conformance with allowable development in the General Plan and in an area where public facilities and services are available.
