The Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program Committee of the City of Orange,
California convened on February 15, 2024, at 6:00p.m. in a Special Meeting in the Weimer
Room, 300 E. Chapman Avenue, Orange, California.
1. OPENING/CALL TO ORDER
Chair Benson called the meeting to order at 6:03 p.m.
1.1 PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
Chair Benson led the flag salute.
1.2 ROLL CALL
Vice Chair St. Clair joined the meeting at 6:16 p.m.
Present: St. Clair, Le, Muselli, Vaughn, Moeller, and Benson
Absent: Mikail

None.
3. COMMITTEE BUSINESS

3.2. Presentation of Fiscal Year 2024-2025 CDBG Funding Applications.
The following organizations gave presentations regarding their funding usage and
proposal of funds for 2024-2025.
Assistance League of Orange (Operation School Bell), represented by Patty Waasted.
Boys & Girls Club of Central Orange Coast, represented by David Blair.
Fair Housing Foundation, represented by Martha Torres.
Families Fonruard, represented by Nishtha Mohendra.
Orange Police Department (Bike Patrol Program), represented by Sgt. David Pasino.
Orange Unified Public Schools Foundation, represented by Kennedy Schall.

A motion was made by Committee lVember Le, seconded by Vice Chair St
nominate Chair Benson to continue serving as Chair for the 2024-25 Program year.

There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 7:34 p.m.
