LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE DISTRICT 94-1 (SYCAMORE CROSSING)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Orange will hold a public
hearing on Tuesday, May 28, 2024, at 6:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be
heard, at the City of Orange City Council Chamber, located at 300 East Chapman Avenue,
Orange, California to consider the following:
Santiago Hills – to hear public testimony, protests, or objections to the annual levy of
assessments for Fiscal Year 2024-25: and any other matter contained in Resolution No. 11540
adopted by the City Council on April 23, 2024.
Santiago Hills Overlay – to hear public testimony, protests, or objections to the annual levy of
assessments for Fiscal Year 2024-25: and any other matter contained in Resolution No. 11540
adopted by the City Council on April 23, 2024.
Sycamore Crossing – to hear public testimony, protests, or objections to the annual levy of
assessments for Fiscal Year 2024-25: and any other matter contained in Resolution No. 11541
adopted by the City Council on April 23, 2024.
Any persons who wish to object to the proceedings should file a written protest with the City
Clerk prior to the time set for the public hearings.
All interested persons are invited to attend the public hearing or submit comments as set forth in
the May 28, 2024, City Council agenda to be posted on the City’s website
