ORD-17-90 RECLASSIFICATION OF PROPERTY SITUATED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF ALMOND AVENUE BETWEEN OLIVE AND LEMON STREETSORDINANCE NO. 17- 90 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ORANGE AMENDING SECTION 17.06. 020 OF THE ORANGE MUNICIPAL CODE AND APPROVING THE RECLASSIFICATION OF PROPERTY SITUATED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF ALMOND AVENUE BETWEEN OLIVE STREET AND LEMON STREET (220 WEST ALMOND AVENUE) .ZONE CHANGE 1121-90 AMOS DEACON. JR.RECITALS:After report thereon by the Planning commission and after due public hearings as required by law, and after finding the facts as shown by Resolution No. 7597 adopted by the City Council, the City Council of the city of Orange has concluded that the following amendment to section 17.06.020 of the Orange Municipal Code should be adopted:NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ORANGE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: section I:section 17.06.020 of the Orange Municipal Code, by which there is classified as C-2 and R-4 Districts, that certain real property in the City of Orange, County of Orange, State of California, hereinafter described, is amended in order to change the zoning classification of said property to the O-P (Office-Professional) Dis . erty is described as follows:e Land referred to herein is situated in the County of Orange, State of California, and is described as follows:The west 35 feet of Lots 1 and 2 in Block "B"of Beach's addition to Orange. as shown on a map thereof recorded in book 6, Page 387, Miscella-neous Records of Los Angeles County, California.Excepting that portion of said Lot 2 described as beginning at a point 35 feet east of the southwest corner of said Lot 2; thence west on the south line thereof 5.6 feet; thence north parallel with the west line of said Lot 2, 20.2 feet; thence east parallel with the south line of said Lot 2, 5.6 feet; thence south 20.2 feet section II: A summary of this Ordinance shall be published and a certi- fied copy of the full text of this Ordinance shall be posted in the Office of the City Clerk at least five (5) days prior to the City Council meeting at which this Ordinance is to be adopted. A summary of this Ordinance shall also be published once within fifteen (15) days after this Ordinance's passage in the Orange city News, a newspaper of general circulation, published and circulated in the City of Orange. The City Clerk shall post in the Office of the City Clerk a certified copy of the full text of such adopted Ordinance along with the names of those City Council members voting for and against the Ordinance in accordance with Government Code Section 36933. This Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after the date of its final passage. ADOPTED this 14th day of August 1990. DON E.
