ORDINANCE NO. 39-70 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF
ORANGE AMENDING SECTION
9101 OF THE ORANGE MUNICIPAL CODE AND APPROVING
THE RECLASSIFICATION OF PROPERTY SITUATED AT THE NORTHWEST
CORNER OF FLOWER STREET AND
PALMYRA AVENUE.Zone Change No. 593 PALMYRA

report thereon by the
Planning Commission and
after
due public hearings as required by law, and
after finding the facts as shown by Resolution No. 3366 adopted
by the City Council, the City Council of the City of Orange
has concluded that the following amendment to Section 9101 of the
Orange Municipal Code should be adopted:Section 9101 of the
Orange Municipal Code, by which
there is classified as R-3-A (Multiple Family
Residential)District and the R-1-6 (Single
Family Residential) District,that certain real property in
the City of Orange, County of Orange, State of California, hereinafter
described, is amended in order to change the
zoning classification of said property to the R-3 (Multiple
Family Residential) District.Said property is des
c ribed as follows:Being a portion of
Lot G of the Lockhart Tract,M.R.4, pages
512, 513 of Records of Los Angeles County, California.NOW, THEREFORE,
THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ORANGE DOES ORDAIN AS

published once within fifteen 15) days after its
passage in the Orange City News, a news-paper of general circulation,
published and circulated in the City of Orange, and
shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after the date
