AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ORANGE AMENDING
SECTION 9101 OF THE ORANGE MUNICIPAL CODE AND
APPROVING THE RECLASSIFICATION OF PROPERTY
SITUATED ON THE EAST SIDE OF CYPRESS STREET
AND ON THE SOUTH S IDE OF COUNTRY LANE AND
ADDRESSED AS 11692, 11712, 11722, 11726, AND
11732 CYPRESS STREET, AND 13862 AND 13872

RECITALS:WHEREAS, after report thereon by the
Planning Commission and after due public hearings as required by
law,and after finding the facts as shown by Resolution No.
3361 adopted by the City Council, the City Council of the City
of Orange has concluded that the following amendment to
Section 9101 of the Orange Municipal Code should be adopted;
and WHEREAS, there now exists in the
unincorporated territory of the County of Orange certain real
property hereinafter described which is designated as County of
Orange R-l
District;
and

the herein-after described property be classified as City of
Orange M-l Light Manufacturing) District upon
completion of annexation proceedings incorporating the territory into the
City of Orange.NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ORANGE DOES
ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:SECTION I:The following described real

effective upon annexation of aid real property to the City of
