ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ORANGE APPROVING THE ANNEXATION OF CERTAIN UNINHABITED
TERRITORY CONTIGUOUS TO THE CITY OF
ORANGE, IN THE COUNTY OF ORANGE, KNOWN AND DESIGNATED
AS ANNEXATION NO. 271.THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ORANGE DOES ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:SECTION
I:That
the annexation to the City of Orange, County of Orange,
State of California, of that certain uninhabited terri-tory
is hereby ordained to be annexed to and made a part of the City
of Orange, County of Orange, State of California; that said
territory, known and designated as Annexation No. 271, is more
particularly described as follows:f

II:That
the boundary of the City of Orange, County of Orange,
State of California, be, and the same is hereby altered to
include the above described territory into the City of Orange,County
of Orange, State of California.SECTION
III:That
when annexed, said territory shall be zoned M-2
Industrial) district.
SECTION IV:
That the proceedings for annexation herein ordained
are had and taken under and pursuant to the provisions of an
Act of the Legislature of the State of California designated
and referred to as the "Annexation of Uninhabited Territory
Act of 1939."
SECTION V:
ADOPTED this 22nd day of September 1970.
This ordinance shall be published once within fifteen
15) days after its passage in the Orange City News, a newspaper
of general circulation, published and circulated in the City of
Orange, and shall take effec t thirty (30) days from and after
the date of its final passage.
