NO. 26-70
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ORANGE AMENDING
THE ORANGE MUNICIPAL CODE BY ADDING SECTION
3214.03 THERETO AND PROVIDING FOR THE ESTAB-
LISHMENT OF INTERSECTIONS CONTROLLED BY FOUR-
WAY STOP SIGNS.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ORANGE DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I:
Section 3214.03 shall be added to the Orange Municipal
Code entitled FOUR WAY STOP SIGNS, and shall read as follows:
Section 3214.03' FOUR-WAY STOP
SIGNS ALL vehicles shall STOP before entering
the following
intersections:1) Metropolitan Drive (Lampson) and City Parkway
South,2) Manchester Avenue and Metropolitan Drive (
Lampson),3) Lewis Street and Metropolitan
Drive.SECTION
n:This ordinance shall be published once within
fifteen 15) days after its passage in the Orange City News, a
newspaper of general circul.ation, published and circulated in the City
of Orange, and shall take effect thirty (30) days from and
after the date of its final
passage.ADOPTED this 25th day of August,
1970.
