OF THE CITY OF ORANGE AMENDING SECTION 9101
OF THE ORANGE MUNICIPAL CODE AND APPROVING
THE RECLASSIFICATION OF PROPERTY SITUATED BETWEEN
THE NEWPORT FREEWAY AND SANTIAGO BOULEVARD,
SOUTH OF, AND ADJACENT TO,THE NOHL
RANCH ROAD OFF-RAMP FROM THE NEWPORT FREEWA

RECITALS:
After report thereon by the Planning Commission and
after due public hearings as required by law, and after finding
the facts as shown by Resolution No. 3342 adopted by the City
Council, the City Council of the City of Orange has concluded
that the following amendment to Section 9101 of the Orange
Municipal Code should be adopted:
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ORANGE
DOES ORDA IN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I:
Section 9101 of the Orange Municipal Code by which
there is classified as R-1-20 (Single
Family Residential,20,000 square foot minimum lot size) District,
that certain real property in the City of Orange, County of Orange,
State of California, hereinafter described, is amended in order
to change the zoning classification of said property to the
C-l (
Local Business) District.Said property is
described as follows:That portion of the land allotted to
heirs of Leandro Serrano in Decree of Partition of
the Rancho Santiago de Santa Ana, recorded in Book "B" of
Judgments of the 17th Judicial District, Court of
California, in the City of Orange, County of Orange,
State of California,
described as follows:Beginning at the intersection of
the center1ines of Santiago Boulevard and Tustin Avenue, as
shown on map of Tract No. 4815, recorded in Book 178,
Pages 45, 46 and 47 of Miscellaneous Maps, Records
of said County;thence South 890 19' 51" East, 719.93
