ORANGE RECITALS:WHEREAS, after report thereon by the
Planning Commis-sion and after due public hearings as required by law,
and after finding the facts as shown by Resolution No. 3336 adopted
by the City Council, the City Council of the City of Orange
has con-cluded that the following amendment to See tion 9101
of the Orange Municipal Code should be
adopted; and WHEREAS, there now exists in
the unincorporated territory of the County of Orange certain real
property here-inafter described which is designated as County of
Orange M-l Light
Industrial) District; and WHEREAS, the City of Orange desires
that the herein-after described property be classified as City
of Orange M-2 Industrial) District upon
completion of annexation proceedings incorporating the territory into
the City of Orange.NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ORANGE DOES
ORDA IN
AS FOLLOWS:SECTION I:The following described
real property is hereby changed to the City of Orange
M-2 (Industrial) District, said zoning to be effective upon
annexation of said real property to the City of Orange. Said
real property is
more particularly described as follows:Beginning at the
Northwest corner of Annexation No.267 to the City
of Orange, Resolution No. 3294,said corner lying
on the centerline of Collins Avenue; thence departing
from the existing City of Orange limits and
along said centerline of Collins Avenue and its Westerly
prolongation North 880 52' 56"West a distance of 1867 feet,
more or less, to the point of
intersection with the Northeasterly pro-longation of the
Easterly line of the Katella Annexation to the
Cit~ of Anaheim, Ordinance No.1119; thence South 22
57' 49" West along said prolongation a distance of

the Northeasterly right of way line of the Atchinson,
Topeka and Santa Fe Railway, 50 feet wide;
thence South 700 53' 40" East along said Northeasterly
right of way line a distance of 1294 feet,
more or less, to an angle point in said Atchison,
Topeka and Santa Fe Railway right-of-
way as established by deed recorded in Book ll55,
Page 548, Official Records of Orange County,
California;thence North 00 54' 16" East a distance of 10.

said deed recorded in Book 1155, Page 548; thence

the Northeasterly line of said deed recorded in Book

Annexation No. 267 to the City of Orange; thence along the
West line of said Annexation No. 267, North O. 54' l6"
East a distance of 674 feet, more or less, to the POINT

BEGINNING.This ordinance shall be posted at three (3)
public places within the City of Orange as designated by
ordinance within fifteen (15) days after passage by the City Council
of the City of Orange in accordance with the requirements of
law of the State of California, and shall take effect thirty (
30)days from and after the date of its final
passage.
