STREET BETWEEN STRUCK AVENUE AND COLLINS

ORANGE RECITALS:WHEREAS, after report thereon by the
Planning Commis-sion and after due public hearings as required by law,
and after finding the facts as shown by Resolution No. 3335
adopted by the City Council, the City Council of the City of
Orange has concluded that the following amendment to Section 9101
of the Orange Municipal Code should be
adopted; and WHEREAS, there now exists in
the unincorporated territory of the County of Orange certain real
property here-inafter described which is designated as County of
Orange M-l Light
Industrial) District; and WHEREAS, the City of Orange desires
that the here-inafter described property classified as City
of Orange M-2 Industrial) District upon
completion of annexation proceedings incorporating the territory into
the City of Orange.NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF ORANGE
DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:SECTION I:The following described
real property is hereby changed to the City of Orange
M-2 (Industrial) District, said zoning to be effective upon
annexation of said real property to the City of Orange. Said
real property is
more particularly described as follows:Beginning
at the monumented centerline intersection of Collins Avenue
and Main Street (formerly Bandict Street); thence North
1004' 52" East along the centerline of Main Street a dis
tance of 30. OC feet to the Southwest corner of
Annexation No. 263 to the City of Orange,
Resolution No. 3218, said corner being the TRUE POINT
OF BEGINNING; thence along the existing City of
Orange Boundary as established by said Annexation No.
263, and the existing centerline of Main Street, North 10 04'
52" East a distance of 360.56 feet to the beginning
of a tangent curve con-cave Westerly and having
a radius of 1200 feet;thence Northwesterly along
said 1200 foot radius curve through a central angle of 150 08 r

tinuing along said centerline of Main Street and the
existing City of Orange Boundary, North 10 05' 00"
East a distance of 90.87 feet, more or less, to the
monumented centerline intersection of Main Street
and Struck Avenue; thence continuing along the center-
line of Main Street, North 10 05 I 31" East a distance
of 20.00 feet to the Northwest corner of said Annexa-
tion No. 263; thence along the existing City of Orange
Boundary as established by Annexation No. 137,
Ordinance No. 37-60, North 880 55' 00" West
a distance of 363.98 feet, more or less, to
the Northerly prolongation of the West line of Lot
11 of the Travis Tract, per map thereof recorded
in Book 5, Page 120 of Miscellaneous Records of
Los Angeles County; thence leaving the existing
City of Orange Boundary and along the West line of
said Lot 11 and its Northerly prolongation,
South 00 48' 50" West a distance of 1310 feet, more
or less, to a point on the existing City of
Orange Bounda.ry as established by Annexation No.
226,Ordinance No. 66-64; thence along
the existing City of Orange Boundary, South 880 55'
08" East a distance of 498.70 feet, more or less,
to the TRUE POINT
OF BEGINNING.
SECTION II:This ordinance shall be posted at three (
3) public places within the City of Orange as designated
by ordinance within fifteen (15) days after passage by the City
Council of the City of Orange in accordance with the requirements
of law of the State of California, and shall take effect
thirty (30)days from and after the date of its
final passage.ADOPTED this 4th day of
