ORD-22-70 RECLASSIFICATION OF PROPERTY SITUATED ON THE WEST SIDE OF CYPRESS STREET AND BOUNDED ON THE NORTH BY WALNUT AVENUE ON THE S SIDE OF SYCAMORE WEST OF RAILROAD RIGHT OF WAYORDINANCE NO. 22- 70 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ORANGE AMENDING SECTION 9101 OF THE ORANGE MUNICIPAL CODE AND APPROVING THE RECLASSIFICATION OF PROPERTY SITUATED ON THE WEST SIDE OF CYPRESS STREET AND BOUNDED ON THE NORTH BY WALNUT AVENUE, ON THE SOUTH BY SYCAMORE AVENUE, AND ON THE WEST BY THE RAILROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY.Zone Change No. 581 CITY OF ORANGE RECITALS:After report thereon by the Planning Commission and after due public hearings as required by law, and after finding the facts as shown by Resolution No. 3324 adopted by the City Council, the City Council of the City of Orange has concluded that the following amendment to Section 9101 of the Orange Municipal Code should be adopted:NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ORANGE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:SECTION I:Section 9101 of the Orange Municipal Code by which there is classified as M-l ( light manufacturing) district, that certain real property in the City of Orange, County of Orange,State of California, hereinafter described, is amended in order to change the zoning classification of said property to the R- 4 maximum density residential) district.Said property is described as follows:Lots 1 through 22 of Block " B" of the Pirie Home Tract except those portions of Lots 1, 2, 13, 14,15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, and 22 within the Pacific Electric Railway Right-of-Way.SECTION II:This ordinance shall be posted at three (3) public places within the City of Orange as designated by ordinance within fifteen (15) days after passage by the City Council of the City of Orange in accordance with the requirements of law of the State of California, and shall take effect thirty (30)days from and after the date of its final passage.
