70 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ORANGE
AMENDING SECTION 7725 OF THE ORANGE MUNICIPAL
CODE PROVIDING FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF
WATER RATES AND CHARGES BY RESOLUTION TO
BECOME EFFECTIVE AT A DATE OTHER THAN THE DATE
OF THE ADOPTION OF SAID
RESOLUTION.THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ORANGE DOES
ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:SECTION
I:Section 7725 of the Orange Municipal Code is
hereby amended to eliminate the period and add the following words
at the end of the sentence at the end of the Sec
tion:unless otherwise provided by the terms of
the Res olu
tion, "SECTION
II:This ordinance shall be posted at three (3)
public places within the City of Orange as designated by
ordinance within fifteen (15) days after passage by the City Council
of the City of Orange in accordance with the requirements of
law of the State of California, and shall take effect thirty (
30)days from and after the date of its final
passage.ADOPTED this 30th day of1970.
