AMENDING SECTION 3208.14 OF THE ORANGE MUNICIPAL
CODE BY ADDING TO SAID SECTION CERTAIN "NO
STOPPING AT ANY TIME"
ZONES.THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ORANGE DOES
ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:SECTION
I:TUSTIN STREET -- NO STOPPING AT ANY TIME
The following is hereby added to Section 3208.14 of
the Orange Municipal Code entitled "No Parking Zone Established"
and shall read as follows:
No vehicle shall be permitted to stop at any
time on the East and West sides of Tustin Street
between the centerline of Fairway Drive as it
extends easterly from Tustin Street and a point
130 feet South of the centerline of Seba Avenue.
SECTION II:
This ordinance shall be posted at three (3) public
places within the City of Orange as designated by ordinance
within fifteen (15) days after passage by the City Council of
the City of Orange in accordance with the requirements of law
of the State of California, and shall take effect thirty (30)
days from and after the date of its final passage.
ADOPTED this 21st day of April, 1970.
