PROPERTY SITUATED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF COLLINS
AVENUE APPROXIMATELY 620 FEET WEST OF MAIN

ORANGE RECITALS:WHEREAS, after report thereon by the
Planning Commis-sion and after due public hearings as required by
law, and after finding the facts as shown by Resolution No. 3284 adopted by the City Council, the City Council of the City ofOrangehasconcludedthatthefollowingamendmenttoSection9101
of the Orange Municipal Code should be
adopted; and WHEREAS, there now exists in
the unincorporated territory of the County of Orange certain real
property here-inafter described which is designated as County of
Orange M-
l District; and WHEREAS, the City of Orange desires
that the here-inafter described property be classified as City
of Orange M-2 Industrial) District upon
completion of annexation proceedings incorporating the territory into
the City of Orange.NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF ORANGE
DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:SECTION I:The following described realpropertyisherebychangedtotheCityofOrangeM-2 (
Industrial) District, said zoning to be effective upon annexation of saidrealpropertytotheCityofOrange. Said real
property is
more particularly described as follows:Beginning
at the monumented centerline intersection of Collins Avenue
and Main Street (formerly Bandick Street); thence West 660
feet more or less along said centerline of Collins Avenue
to a point on the existing boundary of the
City of Orange as established by Annexation Number
226, Ordinance Number 66-64, said point being the
TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING, said point also being the Northeast
corner of Lot 4 of the Glassell and Chapman
Tract per map recorded in Book 5, Page 408
of Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County,
California; thence departing from said City of Orange
boundary and continuing along said center-line of Collins Avenue,
West 660 feet more or less to the Northwest corner
of said Lot 4; thence South 674 feet more or less
along the West line of said Lot 4 to the
Northeasterly
to the Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railway CompanybydeedrecordedMarch12, 1943 in Book 1179, Page524ofOfficialRecords, records of Orange County,California; thence South 700 52 I 50" East 700 feet
more or less along said Northeasterly line to the
existing boundary of the City of Orange as estab-
lished by said Annexation Number 226; thence North
905 feet more or less along said existing boundarytotheTRUEPOINTOFBEGINNING.
SECTION II:
This ordinance shall be posted at three (3) publicplaceswithintheCityofOrangeasdesignatedbyordinance
within fifteen (15) days after passage by the City Council of
the City of Orange in accordance with the requirements of law
of the State of California, and shall take effect thirty (30)
days from and after the date of its final passage.
