of Orange RECITALS:The City Council of the City of
Orange, having made the findings set forth in Resolution No.
3264, has determined that the Orange Municipal Code should be amended
by adding the following sentence to Paragraph (e) of
Section 9111.3:Same. Yards, landscaping
and storage requirements in the M-

District. "FOLLOWS:SECTION I:THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ORANGE DOES ORDAIN AS Paragraph (e) of Section 9111.3oftheOrangeMunicipalCodeisherebyamendedtoaddthefollowing
sentence
to read as follows:Section 9111.3

landscaping and storage requirements.e) Use of required front,
rear or side yards:Outdoor storage and work
areas, other than the required yards, shall be enclosed
so as to be screened from
adjoining
streets or
contiguous properties.SECTION II:This ordinance shall be posted
at three (3) public places within the City of Orange
as designated by ordinance within fifteen (15) days after passage by
the City Council of the City of Orange in accordance with
the requirements of law of the State of California, and shall
take effect thirty (30)days from and after the date
of its final passage.ADOPTED this 10th
day
of February, 1970.
