RECITALS:After report thereon by the Planning Commission
and after due public hearings as required by law, and afterfindingthefactsasshownbyResolutionNo. 3263 adopted by theCityCouncil, the City Council of the City of Orange has
concluded that the following amendment to Section 9101 of theOrangeMunicipalCodeshouldbe
adopted:NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ORANGE DOES ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:SECTION
I:By virtue of the ordinances of the County ofOrange,there was heretofore classified as County of Orange R-
4 (Suburban Residential) district that certain real property
hereafter des-cribed, which real property has been heretofore annexed
to the City of Orange and is hereby zoned to City of
Orange R-1-7 Single Family Res idential, 7,000 square
foot minimum lot size)district. Said property to which theR-1-7 zoning
is applicable is described as follows:Lots 1, 2 and 3
of Block T, Olive Heights Tract,as recorded
in Book 19, Page 18, Miscellaneous
Records of
Los Angeles County, California.SECTION II:By virtue of theordinancesoftheCountyofOrange,there was heretofore classified
as County of Orange R-4 (Suburban Residential)
district that certain real property hereafter des-cribed, which real
property has been heretofore annexed to the City of Orange and is hereby
zoned to City of Orange P-l (Automo-bile Parking) district.
Said property to which the
P-l zoning is applicable is described as follows:Lots 10, 11
and the easterly 40 feet of Lot 6 of
Block T, Olive Heights Tract, as recorded in
Book 19,

SECTION III:
This ordinance shall be pas ted at three (3) publicplaceswithintheCityofOrangeasdesignatedbyordinancewithinfifteen (15) days after passage by the City Council oftheCityofOrangeinaccordancewiththerequirementsoflaw
of the State of California, and shall take effect thirty (30)
days from and after the date of its final passage.
