RECITALS:After report thereon by the Planning commission and after
due public hearings as required by law, and after finding the facts
as shown by Resolution No. 7345 adopted by the city Council, the
City Council of the City of Orange has concluded that the
following amendment to section 17.06.020 of the Orange Municipal Code
should be
adopted:NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ORANGE
DOES ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:Section
I:Section 17.06.020 of the Orange Municipal Code, by which
there is classified as P-I District, that certain real property
in the city of Orange, County of Orange, State of
California, hereinafter described, is amended in order to change the
zoning classification of said property to the R-1-
40 (
Single Family Residential)District.The real property which is the
subject of the reclassification is more particularly described in Exhibit "
A" attached hereto and made a part hereof as though
fully set
forth herein.Section II:A summary of this Ordinance shall be
published and a certified copy of the full text of this Ordinance shall
be posted in the Office of the city Clerk at least five (5) days
prior to the City Council meeting at which this Ordinance is
to be adopted. A summary of this Ordinance shall also
be published once within fifteen (15) days after this Ordinance's passage
in the Orange City News, a newspaper of general
circulation, pUblished and circulated in the city of Orange. The City Clerk shall post
in the Office of the City Clerk a certified copy of the full
Ordinance along with the names of those City Council members voting
for and against the Ordinance in accordance with Government Code
section 36933. This Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days
from and after the date of its final passage.

of Oge and Bond, as shown on a map recorded in Book 3, pages 430
and 431 of miscellaneous records of Los Angeles County, California,
and running thence south 17 Deg. 15' east along the easterly line
of Said lot, 841.75 feet to the center of Said road, 1450.32 feet
to the easterly line of the tract of 163.43 acres conveyed by the
citizens Trust and Savings Bank, a corporation, to Mervin J.
Monnette by Deed recorded in Book 281, page 73 of deeds; thence
