ORD-03-89 RECLASSIFICATION OF PROPERTIES IN SPECIFIC PLAN FOR CHAPMAN COLLEGEORDINANCE NO. 3- 89 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ORANGE AMENDING SECTION 17.06. 020 OF THE ORANGE MUNICIPAL CODE AND APPROVING THE RECLASSIFICATION OF PROPERTIES DESCRIBED MORE PARTICULARLY IN SPECIFIC PLAN FOR CHAPMAN COLLEGE AS SET FORTH IN RESOLUTION NO. 7231.ZONE CHANGE 1089-88 CHAPMAN COLLEGE RECITALS:After report thereon by the Planning commission and after due public hearings as required by law, and after finding the facts as shown by Resolution No. 7232 adopted by the City Council, the City Council of the City of Orange has concluded that the following amendment to section 17.06.020 of the Orange Municipal Code should be adopted:NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ORANGE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: section I:Section 17.06.020 of the Orange Municipal Code, by which there is classified as PI, R-l, R-2-6, R-3, R-4, and R-4(RCD)Districts, that certain real property in the city of Orange,County of Orange, State of California, hereinafter described, is amended in order to change the zoning classification of said property to the PI(SP) (Public Institute Specific Plan),R-2-6(SP), and R-4( RCD) (SP) Districts.Said property is more particularly described in Exhibits A", " B", and "C" which are attached hereto and made a part hereof as though fully set forth herein.section II: A summary of this Ordinance shall be published and a certi-fied copy of the full text of this Ordinance shall be posted in the Office of the City Clerk at least five (5) days prior to the city Council meeting at which this Ordinance is to be adopted. A summary of this Ordinance shall also be published once within fifteen (15) days after this Ordinance's passage in the Orange City News, a newspaper of general circulation, published and circulated in the city of Orange. The City Clerk shall post in the Office of lL__ _______such adopted Ordinance along with the names of those City Council members voting for and against the Ordinance in accordance with Government Code section 36933.
