ORD-45-88 RECLASSIFICATION OF PROPERTY AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF BATAVIA STREET AND CULLY DRIVEj ORDINANCE NO. 45- 88 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ORANGE AMENDING SECTION 17.06. 020 OF THE ORANGE MUNICIPAL CODE AND APPROVING THE RECLASSIFICATION OF PROPERTY SITUATED AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF BATAVIA STREET AND CULLY DRIVE (9352 NORTH BATAVIA STREET).PRE-ZONE CHANGE 1098-88 WILLIAM F. MILLER RECITALS:WHEREAS, after report thereon by the Planning commission and after due pUblic hearings as required by law, and after finding the facts as shown by Resolution No. 7179 adopted by the City Council, the City Council of the city of Orange has concluded that the following amendment to section 17.06.020 of the Orange Municipal Code should be adopted; and WHEREAS, there now exists in the unincorporated territory of the County of Orange certain real property hereinafter described which is designated as County of Orange R-l District; and WHEREAS, the City of Orange desires that the property here-inafter described be classified as city of Orange M-l District upon completion of annexation proceedings incorporating the territory into the City of Orange.NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ORANGE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:section I:The fbllowing described real property is hereby changed to City of Orange M-1 District, said zoning to be effective upon annexation of said real property to the City of Orange. Said real property is more particularly described in Exhibit "A"attached hereto and made a part hereof.Section II:A summary of this Ordinance shall be published and a certi-fied copy of the full text of this Ordinance shall be posted in the Office of the City Clerk at least five (5) days prior to the City Council meeting at which this Ordinance is to be adopted. A summary of this Ordinance shall also be published once within fifteen (15) days after this Ordinance's passage in the Orange City News, a newspaper of general circulation, published, and circulated in the City of orange. The City Clerk shall post in the Office of the city Clerk a certified such adopted Ordinance along with the names of those city Council members voting for and against the Ordinance in accordance with Government Code section 36933. This Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after the date of its final passage. ADOPTED this 6th day of December , 1988.
