ORD-33-85 RECLASSIFICATION OF PROPERTY SITUATED ON THE NORTHWEST SIDE OF RAMPART STREETORDINANCE NO. 33-85 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ORANGE AMENDING SECTION 17.06.020 OF THE ORANGE MUNICIPAL CODE AND APPROVING THE RECLASSIFICATION OF PROPERTY SITUATED ON THE NORTHWEST SIDE OF RAMPART STREET APPROXIMATELY 400 FEET EAST OF THE CENTER-LINE OF STATE COLLEGE BOULEVARD.ZONE CHANGE 994 CITY OF ORANGE RECITALS: After report thereon by the Planning commission and after due public hearings as required by law, and .after finding the facts as shown by Resolution No. 6198 adopted by the City Council, the City Council of the City of Orange has concluded that the following amendment to Section 17.06.020 of the Orange Municipal Code should be adopted:NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ORANGE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:SECTION I:Section 17.06.020 of the Orange Municipal Code, by which there is classified as M-1 District, that certain real property in the City of Orange, County of Orange, State of California, hereinafter described, is amended in order to change the zoning classification of said property to the M-H District.Said property is described as follows:That certain portion of Lot 9 of the Lockhart Tract, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 4, Pages 512 and 513 of Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County, California being also a portion of Parcel 2, as shown on a Map filed in Book 29, Page 23 of Parcel Maps, in the office of the County Recorder of Orange County, California,described as follows:Beginning at the most westerly corn~r of Parcel 2,as shown on said Parcel Map, also being in the northeasterly right-of-way line of state College Boulevard, in deed recorded April 16, 1969, in Book 8929, Page 401 of said Official Records; thence south 580 39' 3D" east 178.21 feet along said right-of-way line of State College Boulevard;thence north 490 29' 45" east point on the southeasterly prolongation of thenortheasterly line of thatcertain parcelof land conveyed to William F. Cade by deed recorded in Book 527, Page 276 of Deeds, records of Los Angeles County, California; thence along said prolongation north 400 30' 15" west 60.00 feet to the true point of beginning of this description;thence continuing along said prolongation and said northeasterly line north 400 30' 15" west 620.52 feet to the most northerly corner of said parcel; thence along the northwesterly line of the land described in a Deed to Ray B. Roberts and wife, recorded on June 24, 1954, in Book 2756,Page 257 of Official Records, north 170 18' 18"east 633.74 feet to the northerly line of said Lot 9; thence south 800 02' 40" east 672.32 feet along said northerly line to an angle point; thence continuing along said northerly line south 890 52' 07"east 810.83 feet to a point' said point also being distant north 890 52' 07" west 63.12 feet from the most easterly corner of said Parcel 2 of said Parcel Map; thence parallel and distant 66.00 feet from the easterly line of said Parcel 2, south 180 14' 37"west 241.02 feet to a point on a tangent curve concave northwesterly and having a radius of 470.00 feet; thence southwesterly along said curve through a central angle of 680 56' 07", an arc length of 585.48 feet to a point on a reverse curve concave southwesterly having a radius of 530.00 feet; a radial through said point bears north 020 49' 16",west; thence southwesterly along said curve through a central angle of 370 40' 59", an arc length of 348.58 feet to a point on a tangent line; thence along said line south 490 29' 45" west 593.79 feet to the true point of begining.SECTION II:A summary of this Ordinance shall be published and a certified copy of the full text of this Ordinance shall be posted in the Office of the City Clerk at least five (5)days prior to the City Council meeting at which this Ordi-nance is to be adopted. A summary of this Ordinance shall also be published once within fifteen (15) days after this Ordinance's passage in the Orange City News, a newspaper of general circulation, published and circulated in the City of Orange. The City Clerk shall post in the Office of the City Clerk a certified copy of the full text of such adopted Ordinance along with the names of those City Council members voting for and against the Ordinance in accordance with Government Code Section 36933. This Ordinance shall take Ord. No. 33-85 2 -r effect thirty (30) days from and after the date of its final passage. ADOPTED this 20 th day of August 1985.
