ORD-25-85 RECLASSIFICATION OF PROPERTY ALONG THE PROPOSED EXTENSION ON CANYON VIEW AVENUEORDINANCE NO. 25- 85 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ORM~GE AMENDING SECTION 17.06. 020 OF THE ORANGE MUNICIPAL CODE AND APPROVING THE RECLASSIFICATION OF PROPERTY SITUATED ALONG THE PROPOSED EXTENSION OF CANYON VIEW AVENUE APPROXIMATELY 1000 FEET EAST FROM CHAPMAN AVENUE.ZONE CHANGE 1031 RIDGEWOOD DEVELOPMENT RECITALS:After report thereon by the Planning Commission and after due public hearings as required by law, and after finding the facts as shown by Resolution No. 6356 adopted by the City Council, the City Council of the City of Orange has concluded that the follow-ing amendment to Section 17.06.020 of the Orange Municipal Code should be adopted.NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ORANGE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:SECTION I:Section 17.06.020 of the Orange Municipal Code, by which there is classified as R-1-7 District, that certain real property in the City of Orange, County of Orange, State of California, hereinafter described, is amended in order to change the zoning classification of said property to the R-1-6 District.Said property is described in Exhibit " A" attached hereto.SECTION II:A summary of this Ordinance shall be published and a certified copy of the full text of this Ordinance shall be posted in the Office of the City Clerk at least five (5)days prior to the City Council meeting at which this Ordi-nance is to be adopted. A surrunary of this Ordinance shall also be published once within fifteen (15) days after this Ordinance's passage in the Orange City News, a newspaper of general circulation, published and circulated in the City of Orange. The City Clerk shall post in the Il_______ Clerk a certified copy of the full text of such adopted Ordinance along with the names of those City Council members voting for and against the Ordinance in accordance with Government Code Section 36933. This Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after the date of its final passage. ADOPTED thi s 25 th day of June 1985.
