RECITALS:After report thereon by the Planning Commission and after
due public hearings as required by law, and after finding the
facts as shown by Resolution No. 6356 adopted by the City Council,
the City Council of the City of Orange has concluded that the
follow-ing amendment to Section 17.06.020 of the Orange Municipal
Code should be
adopted.NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ORANGE
DOES ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:SECTION
I:Section 17.06.020 of the Orange Municipal Code, by
which there is classified as R-1-7 District,
that certain real property in the City of Orange, County of
Orange, State of California, hereinafter described, is amended
in order to change the zoning classification of said
property to
the R-1-6 District.Said property is
described
in Exhibit "
A" attached hereto.SECTION II:A summary of this Ordinance
shall be published and a certified copy of the full text
of this Ordinance shall be posted in the Office of the City
Clerk at least five (5)days prior to the City Council
meeting at which this Ordi-nance is to be adopted. A
surrunary of this Ordinance shall also be published once within
fifteen (15) days after this Ordinance's passage in the Orange
City News, a newspaper of general circulation, published and
circulated in the City of Orange. The City Clerk shall post in
the

Clerk a certified copy of the full text of such adopted
Ordinance along with the names of those City Council members
voting for and against the Ordinance in accordance with
Government Code Section 36933. This Ordinance shall take
effect thirty (30) days from and after the date of its final
passage.

Kecords; thence North 810 42' 30" West 272.51 feet; thence South 850 18' 45" West
to the Easterly line of that certain paved public highway commonly known as County
Park Road, as said road was laid out and improved by the County of Orange in 1922.
PARCEL 3:
A non-exclusive easement for road and underground utility purposes, including
sewers,15 feet in width being the Southerly fifteen (15) feet of that certain real
property described in that deed from Ray Harlow and Alfreda M. Harlow, as Grantors, to
Joseph B. Smiley and Faith F. Smiley, recorded July 15, 1947, in Book 1526, Page 310
