RECITALS:After report thereon by the Planning Commission and after
due public hearings as required by law, and after finding the facts
as shown by Resolution No. 6362 adopted by the City Council, the
City Council of the City of Orange has concluded that the
following amendment to Section 17.06.020 of the Orange Municipal Code
should be
adopted.NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ORANGE
DOES ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:SECTION
I:Section 17.06.020 of the Orange Municipal Code, by which
there is classified as RM-7 District, that certain real property
in the City of Orange, County of Orange, State of
California, hereinafter described, is amended in order to change the
zoning classification of said property to the
O-P District.Said property is described in Exhibit "
A" attached
hereto.Section II:A summary of this Ordinance shall be published
and a certified copy of the full text of this Ordinance shall be
posted in the Office of the City Clerk at least five (5) days prior
to the City Council meeting at which this Ordinance is to
be adopted. A summary of this Ordinance shall also be
published once within fifteen (15) days after this Ordinance's passage
in the Orange City News, a newspaper of general
circulation, published and circulated in the City of Orange. The City Clerk
shall post in the Office of the City Clerk a certified copy of the
full text of such adopted Ordinance along with the names of
members voting for and against the Ordinance in accordance with
Government Code Section 36933. This Ordinance shall take effect
thirty (30) days from and after the date of its final passage.
ADOPTED this 18 th day of June 1985.

that portion of the land allotted to Abel Stearns in the Decree of Partition
of the Rancho Santiago De Santa Ana, recorded in Book B of Judgements of the
17th Judicial District Court of Los Angeles County, California, in the City
of Orange, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of Richland Farm Lot 60, according
to the Map filed in Book 5, Page 123 of Miscellaneous Records of Los
Angeles County; thence South, 792.00 feet; thence East, 660.00 feet; thence
North 792.00 feet; thence West 660.00 feet to the Point of Beginning.
Exception the portion conveyed to the City of Orange by Deed recorded
