ORD-34-84 RECLASSIFICATION OF PROPERTY SITUATED ON THE EAST SIDE OF ORANGE OLIVE ROADORDINANCE NO. 34- 84 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ORANGE AMENDING SECTION 17.06. 020 OF THE ORANGE MUNICIPAL CODE AND APPROVING THE RECLASSIFICATION OF PROPERTY SITUATED ON THE EAST SIDE OF ORANGE- OLIVE ROAD.ZONE CHANGE 1010 RICHARD DELEON RECITALS:After report thereon by the Planning Commission and after due public hearings as required by law, and after finding the facts as shown by Resolution No. 6051 adopted by the City Council, the City Council of the City of Orange has concluded that the following amendment to Section 17.06.020 of the Orange Municipal Code should be adopted:NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ORANGE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION I:Section 17.06.020 of the Orange Municipal Code, by which there is classified as C-2 District, that certain real property in the City of Orange, County of Orange, State of California, hereinafter described, is amended in order to change the zoning classification of said property to the RM-7 District.Said property is described as follows:Parcell: That portion of the land allotted to Desiderio Burruel, as described in the final decree of partition of the Rancho Santiago de Santa Ana, which was entered September 12, 1868 in Book "B", Page 410 of Judgments of the District Court of the 17th Judicial District, in and for Los Angeles County, California, described as follows:Beginning at the intersection of the easterly line of Orange-Olive Road with the northerly line of Tract No. 1 of the Teodocio Yorba allotment of said final decree of partition as shown on a map filed in Book 99, Pages 40 and 41 of Record of Surveys in the Office of the County Recorder of Orange County, California; thence along said easterly line, North 140 21' 02" East 269.58 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve concave southerly, having a radius of 15.00 feet; thence northeasterly, easterly and southeasterly along said curve, through a central angle of 1580 39' 43", an arc distance of 41.54 feet to the westerly line of Olive Avenue, described as being a 60.00-foot strip of land in Deed to l.-._-----recordedOctober 18, 1940 in Book 1058, Page 484 of Official Records of said Orange County; thence along said westerly line, South 060 59' IS" East 125.42 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve concave westerly, having a .radius of 70. 00 feet; thence southerly along said curve,through a central angle of 280 40' 30", an arc distance of 35.03 feet; thence tangent to said curve, South 210 41' IS" West 44.67 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve concave easterly, having a radius of 187.80 feet;thence southerly along said curve, through a central angle of 180 32' 22", an arc distance of 60.77 feet to said northerly line of Tract No. 1 of the Teodocio Yorba allotment; thence along said northerly line, North 890 51' 16" west 77.54 feet to the point of beginning.Parcel 2: That portion of Tract No. 1 of the land allotted to Teodocio Yorba, as described in the final decree of partition of the Rancho Santiago de Santa Ana,which was entered September 12, 1868 in Book "B", Page 410 of Judgments of the District Court of the 17th Judicial District, in and for Los Angeles County, California,bounded as follows: Easterly by the westerly line of Olive Avenue, as described in Deed to the County of Orange recorded October 18, 1940 in Book 1058, Page 484 of Official Records of Orange County, California; and Southerly by the northerly line of Lot 1, Block B of Olive Heights, as shown on a map recorded in Book 19,Page 18 of Miscellaneous records of said Los Angeles County; and Westerly by the easterly line of Orange-Olive Road, being 30.00 feet easterly of the former centerline, as shown on a map filed in Book 99, Pages 40 and 41 of Record of Surveys in the Office of the County Recorder of said Orange County. SECTION II: A summary of this Ordinance shall be published and a certified copy of the full text of this Ordinance shall be posted in the Office of the City Clerk at least five (5) days prior to the City Council meeting at which this Ordinance is to be adopted. A summary of this Ordinance shall also be published once within fifteen (15) days after this Ordinance's passage in the Orange City News, a newspaper of general circulation, published and circulated in the City of Orange. The City Clerk shall post in the Office of the City Clerk a certified copy of the full text of such adopted Ordinance along with the names of those City Council members voting for and against the Ordinance in accordance with ORD. 34- 84 2 - Government Code Section 36933. This Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after the date of its final passage. ADOPTED this 25th day of 1984.
