RECITALS:After report thereon by the Planning Commission and after
due public hearings as required by law, and after finding the
facts as shown by Resolution No. 5810 adopted by the City Council,
the city Council of the City of Orange has concluded that the
follow-ing amendment to Section 17.06.020 of the Orange Municipal
Code should be
adopted:NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ORANGE
DOES ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:SECTION
I:Section 17.06.020 of the Orange Municipal Code, by which
there is classified as R-1-6 District, that certain
real property in the City of Orange, County of Orange, State
of California, herein-after described, is amended in order to change
the zoning classifi~cation of said property to
the O-P District.Said property
is described as follows:That portion of the A.
Sebastian Van de Graaff Allotment of the Rancho
Santiago de Santa Ana,as shown on map attached to
a Final Decree of Partition recorded September 12,
1868, in Book B,Page 410 of Judgments of
the District Court of the 17th Judicial District
in and for Los Angeles
County,
California, described as follows:Beginning at the
intersection of the centerline of Collins Avenue
with the southerly prolonga-tion of the easterly line of
Lot 92 of Tract 2663, as shown on a map
recorded in Book 83,Pages 31 and 32,
of Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange County,
California; thence north 00 40' 35" west 240.00 feet to
an angle point in the easterly boundary line
of said Tract No.2663; thence south 80 35' 0511
East 112.00 feet to the southeast corner of Lot
72 of said Tract No. 2663; thence south 00 40' 35"
east 240.00 feet to the centerline of
said Collins Ave.; thence north 890 35' 05" west 112.00 feet
to

SECTION II:
A summary of this Ordinance shall be published and a
certified copy of the full text of this Ordinance shall be
posted ~n the Offic7 of the ~ity C17rk at least five (5)
days pr10r to the C1ty Counc11 meet1ng at which this Ordi-
nance is to be adopted. A summary of this Ordinance shall
also be published once within fifteen (15) days after this
Ordinance's passage in the Orange City News, a newspaper of
general circulation, published and circulated in the City
of orange. The City Clerk shall post in the Office of the
city Clerk a certified copy of the full text of such adopted
Ordinance along with the names of those City Council members
voting for and against the Ordinance in accordance with
Government Code Section 36933. This Ordinance shall take
effect thirty (30) days from and after the date of its
final passage.
