ORD-04-83 PROPERTY SITUATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF COLLINS AVENUE1JIiI/ I-l!Y!-.- T.>I<-....., 1iIIlI~.w-ORDINANCE NO. 4- 83 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ORANGE AMENDING SECTION 17.06.020 OF THE ORANGE MUNICIPAL CODE AND APPROVING THE RECLASSIFICATION OF PROPERTY SITUATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF COLLINS AVENUE, APPROX-IMATELY 200 FEET WEST OF THE CENTERLINE OF GLASSELL STREET ( 201 WEST COLLINS AVENUE,CARRIAGE MOBILE ESTATES).ZONE CHANGE 989 CITY OF ORANGE RECITALS:After report thereon by the Planning Commission and after due public hearings as required by law, and after finding the facts as shown by Resolution No. 5835 adopted by the City Council, the City Council of the City of Orange has concluded that the follow-ing amendment to Section 17.06.020 of the Orange Municipal Code should be adopted:NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ORANGE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:SECTION I: Section 17. 06.020 of the Orange Municipal Code, by which there is classified as R-M-7 District, that certain real property in the City of Orange, County of Orange, State of California, hereinafter described, is amended in order to change the zoning classification of said property to the MH District. Said property is described as follows: Parcell: As shown on a map filed in Book 33, Page 43, of Parcel Maps in the Office of the County Recorder of Orange County, California. Parcel 2: All that certain land situated in the State of California, County of Orange, City of Orange, described as follows: Beginning at a point 15 chains north of a point 80 chains west of the southeast corner of the Van de Graaf Allotment in the partition of said Rancho in Case No. 1198 of the District Court in and for Los Angeles County, California; thence north 5 chainsi thence west 10 chains; thence south 5 chainsi thence east 10 chainsi to the point of beginning. Excepting therefrom the east 30.00 feet conveyed to the City of Orange by deed recorded November 2, 1967, in Book 8423, Page 890, of Official Records. Also excepting therefrom the west 10.00 feet of the east 40.00 feet conveyed to the County of Orange by deed recorded November 21, 1967, in Book 8442, Page 451, of Official Records. J li.tI Also excepting therefromthose portions thereof conveyed to the City of Orange by deed recorded June 29, 1972, in Book 10200, Page 143 of Official Records.SECTION II: A summary of this Ordinance shall be published and a certified copy of the full text of this Ordinance shall be posted in the Office of the City Clerk at least five (5)days prior to the City Council meeting at which this Ordi-nance is to be adopted. A summary of this Ordinance shall also be published once within fifteen (15) days after this Ordinance's passage in the Orange City News, a newspaper of general circulation, published and circulated in the City of Orange. The City Clerk shall post in the Office of the City Clerk a certified copy of the full text of such adopted Ordinance along with the names of those City Council members voting for and against the Ordinance in accordance with Government Code Section 36933.
