ORD-37-82 RECLASSIFICATION OF PROPERTY SITUATED ON N SIDE OF FLETCHERORDINANCE NO. 37-82 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ORANGE AMENDING SECTION 17.06.020 OF THE ORANGE MUNICIPAL CODE AND APPROVING THE RECLASSIFICATION OF PROPERTY SITUATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF FLETCHER AVENUE APPROXI- MATELY 250 FEET EAST OF THE CENTERLINE OF BATAVIA STREET (735 WEST FLETCHER AVENUE). ZONE CHANGE 969 WILLIAM O'CONNELL RECITALS: After report thereon by the Planning Commission and after due public hearings as required by law, and after finding the facts as shown by Resolution No. 5771 adopted by the city Council, the City Council of the City of Orange has concluded that the follow- ing amendment to Section 17.06.020 of the Orange Municipal Code should be adopted: NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ORANGE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION I: Section 17.06.020 of the Orange Municipal Code, by which there is classified as M-l District, that certain real property in the City of Orange, County of Orange, State of California, hereinafter described, is amended in order to change the zoning classification of said property to the R- M-7 District.Said property is described as follows: Parcell: AP #374-261-03 That portion of the land allotted to T. D. t-1ott and Ascencion Sepulveda in Decree of Partition of the Rancho Santiago de Santa Ana, recorded in Book 8 of Judgments of the 17th Judicial District Court of California, in the City of Orange, County of Orange, State of California,described as follows:Beginning at the intersection of the center1ines of those certain 40 foot County roads described in deeds recorded January 17, 1917, in Book 299,Page 131, and May 13, 1918, in Book 324, Page 4 of Deedsj thence along the centerline of the County road and along the east line of the lands of T. Robbins, et al, north 190 07' east 379.12 feeti thence continuing along said County road and said property line north ISO 20. east 273.00 feet to an old gas pipe marking the northwest corner of land described in the deed recorded September 17, 1910, in Book 181, Page 203 of Deedsi thence south 850 20. east 120.40 feet along the south line of the land formerly owned by the Traulleberg to a gas pipe; thence southerly 611.87 feet to a point on the centerline of Fletcher Road, south 890 57' 3011 east 316.75 feet from the point of beginning;thence north 890 57' 30" west 316.75 EXCEPT the south 300.00 feet of the east 115.00 feet thereof. SECTION II:A summary of this Ordinance shall be published and a certified copy of the full text of this Ordinance shall be posted in the Office of the City Clerk at least five (5) days prior to ~ le city Council meeting at which this Ordinance is to be. adopted. A summary of this Ordinance shall also be published once within fifteen (15)days after this Ordinance's passage in the Orange City News, a newspaper of general circulation, published,and circu~ated in the,City of Orange. The City Clerk shall post ln the Offlce of the Clerk a certified copy of the full text of such adopted Ordinance along with the names of those City Council members voting for and against the Ordinance in accordance with Government Code Section 36933.
