RECITALS:After report thereon by the Planning Commission and after
due public hearings as required by law, and after finding the
facts as shown by Resolution No. 5679 adopted by the City Council,
the City Council of the City of Orange has concluded that the
follow-ing amendment to Section 17.06.020 of the Orange Municipal
Code should be
adopted:NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ORANGE
DOES ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:SECTION
I:Section 17.06.020 of the Orange Municipal Code, by
which there is classified as RD-6 District, that
certain real property in the City of Orange, County of Orange,
State of California, hereinafter described, is amended in
order to change the zoning classification of said property
to the
RM-7 District.That portion of Lot 2 in
Block "DII of the A. B. Chapman Tract,
as shown on a Map Survey made
by Frank Lecouvreur in December, 1870,
described as follows:Beginning at the northwest
corner of the land described in Deed of
the City of Orange, recorded March 30,
1954, in Book 2698, Page 110, of
Official Records of said Orange County, said
point being in the most northerly line of
the land de-scribed in Deed of William
H. Hall, re-corded April 12, 1938, in
Book 937, Page 142, ~aid Official
records: thence, west-erly along said most northly
line 124.38 feet, more or less, to
