LUSK AND SON dba NOHL RANCH RECITALS:After report thereon by the Planning Commission and after due public hearings as required by law, and after finding the facts as shown by Resolution No. 5510 adopted by the City Council, the City Council of the City of Orange has concluded that the follow-ing amendment to Section 17.06.020 of the Orange Municipal Code should be adopted:NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ORANGE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:SEcrION I:section 17.06.020 of the Orange Municipal Code, by which there is classified as unzoned, that certain real property in the City of Orange, County of Orange, State of California,hereinafter described, is amended in order to change the zoning classification of said property to the R- 1-6 District.Said property is described as follows:Portion of the land allotted to Maria Jesus Peralta De Copas, Juan Pablo Peralta and the heirs of Leandro Serrano in decree of partition of the Rancho Santiago De Santa Ana,rendered in Case no. 1192 and entered September 12, 1868 in Book IIB" Page 410 of Judgements of the 17th Judicial District Court of California in the City of Orange,County of Orange, State of California.SECTION II:This ordinance shall be published once within fifteen (15)days after its passage in the Orange City News, a newspaper of general circulation, published and circulated in the City of Orange, and shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after the date of its final passage.ADOPTED thi s 8th day of september ATTEST: Wi tness my hand and seal this 8th day of September , 1981.
