ORD-15-81 APPROVING THE RECLASSIFICATION OF PROPERTY SITUATED ON THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF ORANGE OLIVE ROAD AND HEIM AVENUEORDINANCE NO. 15- 81 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ORANGE AMENDING SECTION 17.06. 020 OF THE ORANGE MUNICIPAL CODE AND APPROVING THE RECLASSIFICATION OF PROPERTY SITUATED ON THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF ORANGE-OLIVE ROAD AND HElM AVEtruE.ZONE CHANGE 948 DOUGLAS SCOTT RECITALS:After report thereon by the Planning Commission and after due public hearings as required by law, and after finding the facts as shown by Resolution No. 5470 adopted by the City Council, the City Council of the City of Orange has concluded that the follow-ing amendment to Section 17.06.020 of the Orange Municipal Code should be adopted:NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ORANGE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION I:Section 17.06.020 of the Orange Municipal Code, by which there is classified as R-1-7 District, that certain real property in the City of Orange, County of Orange, State of California, hereinafter described, is amended in order to change the zoning classification of said property to the O-P District.Said property is described as follows:A portion of Lot 3 of the Frostless Belt Tract, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 8,Page 83 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, California, described as follows:Beginning at a point in the south line of said lot, same being in the center of Anaheim Avenue, as shown on said map, said point being 894 feet north 890 29' west of the southeast corner of said lot and running from said point of beginning north 000 30' east 160 feet;thence north 890 29' west 147.28 feet to the westerly line of said Lot 3, said westerly line being in the center of Third Street, as shown on said map; thence south 150 391 west along said westerly line 165.75 feet to the southwest corner of said Lot 3; thence south 890 291 east 190.80 feet Excepting therefrom that portion included in Anaheim Avenue on the south. Also excepting therefrom that portion of Orange-Olive Road (formerly Third Street), and Lot 3 of the Frostless Belt Tract as shown on a Map recorded in Book 8, Page 83,Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange County,California, which lies within the lines of the land described in a deed recorded in Book 676,Page 402, Official Records of said County and which lies northwesterly of a line parallel vIi th and 40.00 feet southeasterly from the centerline of Orange-Olive Road as described in a deed recorded in Book 242, Page 16 of Deeds, Records of said County.
