ORD-02-81 APPROVING THE RECLASSIFICATION OF PROPERTY SITUATED AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF LINCOLN AVENUE AND ORANGE OLIVE ROADORDINANCE NO. 2- 81 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ORANGE AMENDING SECTION 17.06. 020 OF THE ORANGE MUNICIPAL CODE AND APPROVING THE RECLASSIFICATION OF PROPERTY SITUATED AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF LINCOLN AVENUE AND ORANGE- OLIVE ROAD.ZONE CHANGE 935 LINCOLN BUILDING JOINT VENTURE RECITALS:After report thereon by the Planning Commission and after due public hearings as required by law, and after finding the facts as shown by Resolution No. 5343 adopted by the City Council,the City Council of the City of Orange has concluded that the following amendment to Section 17.06.020 of the Orange Municipal Code should be adopted:NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ORM~GE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION I:Section 17.06.020 of the Orange Municipal Code, by which there is classified as C-l District, that certain real property in the City of Orange, County of Orange, State of California,hereinafter described, is amended in order to change the zoning classification of said property to the O-P District.Said property is described as follows:That certain irregular shaped tract of land located at the southeasterly corner of the intersection of Orange-Olive Road and Santiago Boulevard, and fronting approximately 142.5 feet and 129.1 feet on each of said streets respectively and having unemcumbered access thereto, more particularly described as follows:The Northerly 128.00 feet of lot 140 of Tract No.3632, in the City of Orange, County of Orange,state of California, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 136, Pages 15, 16, 17 and 18 of Miscel-laneous Maps, Records of Orange County, California.The Southerly line of said Northerly 128.00 feet being parallel with the tangent portion of the Northerly line oaf said lot, the Northerly line of Lot 140 being also the present Southerly right- of-way line of Santiage Boulevard (measured 50 feet from the center line of said street) as shown EXCEPT, all oil, gas, minerals and hydrocarbon substances lying below a depth of 500 feet from the surface of said land without right of surface entry. Otherwise known as: 700 E. Lincoln Street, Orange, CA.
