AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ORANGE AMENDING SECTION 9101 OF THE ORANGE
MUNICIPAL CODE AND APPROVING THE RECLASSIFICATION
OF PROPERTY SITUATED ON THE EAST SIDE OF PROSPECT
STREET, NORTH OF BOND AVENUE.

RECITALS:WHEREAS, after report thereon by the Planning
Commission and after due public hearings as required by law, and
after finding the facts as shown by Resolution No. 5097 adopted
by the City Council, the City Council of the City of Orange
has concluded that the following amendment to Section 9101 of
the Orange Municipal Code should be adopted,
and WHEREAS, there now exists in the unincorporated
territory of the County of Orange certain real property
hereinafter described which is designated as County of Orange S-
G
District,and WHEREAS, the City of Orange desires that
the property hereinafter described be classified as City of
Orange PI District upon completion of annexation
proceedings incorporating the territory into the City
of Orange.NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ORANGE DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I:The following described real property is hereby
changed to City of Orange PI District, said zoning to be
effective upon annexation of said real property to the City of
Orange. Said real property is more particularly described
as follows:A portion of Lot 4, Block C, Land of Oge
and Bond,recorded in Book 3, Pages 430 and
431, Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County, California,
described
as follows:BEGINNING at a point on the Westerly line of said
Lot 4 and distant Northerly 12.50 feet from
the Southwesterly corner of said Lot 4, said point also being
on the centerline of Prospect street, 60 feet in
width; thence Easterly along a line parallel with the
Southerly line of said Lot 4, a distance of 30 feet to the
TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence continuing Easterly, a
distance of 125.70 feet; thence Northerly along a
line parallel with said Westerly line of Lot 4, a distance of
139.88 feet; thence Westerly along a line parallel
with said Southerly line of Lot 4, a distance of 125.
70 feet;thence Southerly along a line parallel
with said Westerly line of Lot 4, a distance of 139.88
feet to the TRUE POINT
SECTION II:
This ordinance shall be published once within fifteen (15)
days after its passage in the Orange City News, a newspaper of
general circulation, published and circulated in the City of
Orange, and shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after
the date of its final passage.
ADOPTED this 20th day of November, 1979.
