ORDINANCE NO. 53-
79 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ORANGE ADDING SECTION 3208.03 OF THE
ORANGE MUNICIPAL CODE PROHIBITING PARKING
BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 8:00 P.M. AND 7:00 A.M. ON
THE EAST AND WEST SIDES OF LEMON STREET
BEGINNING AT THE CENTERLINE OF COLLINS AVENUE TO
1300 FEET NORTH OF THE CENTERLINE OF COLLINS
AVENUE.THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ORANGE DOES ORDAIN
AS
FOLLOWS:SECTION
I:The following section of the Orange Municipal Code is
hereby added to read as
follows:section 3208.03
SAME No person shall stop or park a vehicle between
the hours of 8:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. on the following
street when the same has been marked by erection of signs
giving notice of the provisions
hereof:On the East and West sides of Lemon Street beginning
at the centerline of Collins Avenue to 1300 feet North
of the centerline of Collins
Avenue.SECTION
II:This ordinance shall be published once within fifteen (
15)days after its passage in the Orange City News, a newspaper
of general circulation, published and circulated in the City
of Orange, and shall take effect thirty (30) days from and
after the date of its final
passage.ADOPTED this 16th day of October
