AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ORANGE AMENDING SECTION 9101 OF THE ORANGE
MUNICIPAL CODE AND APPROVING THE RECLASSIFICATION
OF PROPERTY SITUATED AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF
LA VETA AVENUE AND FLOWER STREET.

RECITALS:
After report thereon by the Planning Commission and after
due public hearings as required by law, and after finding the
facts as shown by Resolution No. 4997 adopted by the City Council,
the City Council of the City of Orange has concluded that the
following amendment to Section 9101 of the Orange Municipal Code
should be adopted:
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ORANGE
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I:
Section 9101 of the Orange Municipal Code, by which there
is classified as R-1-6 District, that certain
real property in the City of Orange, County of Orange, State
of California,hereinafter described, is amended in order to change
the zoning classification of said property to the
RD-6 District.Said property is
described as follows:Those portions of Lots 40, 41 and 42 of
Tract No. 1615,in the City of Orange, as per Map recorded
in Book 83,Pages 10 and 11 of Miscellaneous Maps, in
the office of the County Recorder
of said County.Beginning at the Northeasterly corner of
said Lot 42;thence along the Northerly line of said Lots
42, 41 and 40, North 890 03' 57" West to a point
in the Northerly line of said Lot 40, distant Westerly thereon
7.47 feet from the Northeasterly corner of said
Lot 40; thence from a tangent bearing South 890
03' 57" West,Southeasterly along a curve
concave Southwesterly and having a radius of 71. 00 feet through an
angle of 900 00' 00" an arc distance of 111.53
feet; thence South 410 51' 50" East, 36.80 feet; thence
Easterly in a direct line to a point in the Easterly line
of said Lot 42, distant Southerly thereon 98.00
feet from said Northeasterly corner of said Lot
42; thence Northerly along a said Easterly line to the true
SECTION II:
This ordinance shall be published once within fifteen (15)
days after its passage in the Orange City News, a newspaper of
general circulation, published and circulated in the City of
Orange, and shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after
the date of its final passage.
ADOPTED this 18th day of September 1979.
