NO. 47-79
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ORANGE RENUMBERING SECTIONS 6327 ET SEQ.
OF THE ORANGE MUNICIAL CODE RELATING TO TAXING
AND REGULATING ANTIQUE SHOPS, BUT MAKING NO
CHANGE IN THE CONTENT OF THE SECTIONS RENUMBERED.
WHEREAS, on April 24, 1979, the City Council of the City of
Orange adopted an ordinance taxing and regUlating antique shops;
and
WHEREAS, due to a clerical error, the sections were erroneously
numbered; and
IlliEREAS, there is no change proposed in the content of these
sections.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ORANGE DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I:
The heading of "Chapter 3-B" shall be deleted, and
the numbering of Sections 6327, 6327.1 and 6327.2 of the
Orange Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as
follows:Section 6332
Definition Section 6332.1 Permit
Requirements Section 6332.2 Buying, Reporting, and Holding
Requirements SECTION
II:This ordinance shall be published once within fifteen (
15)days after its passage in the Orange City News, a newspaper
of general circulation, published and circulated in the City
of Orange, and shall take effect thirty (30) days from and
after the date of its final
passage.ADOPTED this 21st day of August
1979.
