79 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ORANGE AMENDING SECTION 9101 OF THE
ORANGE MUNICIPAL CODE AND APPROVING THE
RECLASSIFICATION OF PROPERTY SITUATED ON THE EAST SIDE
OF ORANGE-OLIVE ROAD, APPROXIMATELY
840 FEET NORTH OF THE CENTERLINE OF
MEATS AVENUE.Zone

DOYLE RECITALS:After report thereon by the Planning Commission
and after due public hearings as required by law, and after
finding the facts as shown by Resolution No. 5019 adopted by the
City Council,the City Council of the City of Orange has concluded
that the following amendment to Section 9101 of the Orange
Municipal Code should
be adopted:NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ORANGE DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I:Section 9101 of the Orange Municipal Code, by
which there is classified as R-1-8 District,
that certain real property in the City of Orange, County of
Orange, State of California,hereinafter described, is amended in order
to change the zoning classification of said property
to the RD-6-A District.
Said property is described as follows:The South 67 feet of the
North 132 feet of the following:Beg inning at a point 715.
77 feet North of the Southeast corner of Lot 23 of the
Fletcher Tract, as shown on a Map thereof recorded in
Book 3, Page 320 of Miscellaneous Records of
Los Angeles County, california! thence North along the East line of Lot
23, 197,6 feet! th7nce West 222.54 feet to the East
line of the Orange-Ol~ve Road;thence Southwesterly along
the East line of t~e Orange-Olive Road to a point
directly West of the IX?~nt of beginning! thence East 279.

be published once wi thin fifteen (15)days after its passage in the
