79 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ORANGE AMENDING SECTION 9101 OF THE
ORANGE MUNICIPAL CODE AND APPROVING THE
RECLASSIFICATION OF PROPERTY SITUATED NORTHEAST OF THE
WINDES DRIVE AREA, NORTH OF TilE IRVINE SUBDIVISION
AND SOUTH OF THE PERALTA IIILLS

ORANGE RECITALS:WHEREAS, after report thereon by the
Planning Commission and after due public hearings as required by law,
and after finding the facts as shown by Resolution No, 4944
adopted by the City Council, the City council of the City of
orange has concluded that the following amendment to Section 9101
of the Orange Municipal Code should be
adopted, and 1HEREAS, there now exists in the
unincorporated territory of the County of Orange certain real
property hereinafter described which is designated as County of Orange A-
I District, and WHEREAS, the City of Orange desires
that the property hereinafter described be classified as City
of Orange A-I District upon completion
of annexation proceedings incorporating the territory into
the City of Orange.NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF TilE
CITY OF ORANGE
DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:SECTION I:The following described real property
is hereby changed to City of Orange A-I District said
zoning to be effective upon annexation of said real pro~erty to
the City of Orange, Said real property is
more particularly described as follows:That portion of Rancho Santiago
de Santa Ana in the County of Orange State of
California, as per Map of Partition record~d september 12, 1~68 i~
BO~k "B", Pa~e 410 of Judgments of the 17th Judic~al ?~
str~ct co~rt ~n Los Angeles, California, and
more parhCularly be~ng a ,portion of the land granted to
Robert H. Grant corporat~on by deed recorded October 30,
1970, in Book 9446, Pag7 946 of Official Records of
said Orange
County, descr~bed as follows:Beginning at an angle point in
the existing b?undary of the City of Orange, as
established by Annexa~~on No.338, said point being the
course
therein described as "North 350 540' 38" East 766.

prolongation of said course North 350 50'38"
East 7416.35 feet to the most Easterly corner of said
land described in deed recorded in Book 9446 Page 946,

line of the Southern California Edison Company

ordinance shall be published once within fifteen (15)days
after its passage in the Orange City News, a newspaper of general
circulation, published and circulated in the City of Orange,
and shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after the
date of its final passage.ADOPTED
