77 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ORANGE AMENDINO SECTION 9101 OF THE
ORANGE MUNICIPAL CODE AND APPROVING THE
RECLASSIFICATION OF PROPER~Y SITUATED ON THE EAST AND WEST
SIDES OF ANITA DRIVE SOUTH OF CHAPMAN
AVENUE.Zone Change

RECITALS:After report thereon by the Planning Commission and
after due public hearings as required by law, and after finding
the facts as shown by Resolution No. 4105 adopted by the City
Council,the City Council of the City of Orange has concluded that
the following amendment to Section 9101 of the Orange Municipal
Code should be
adopted:NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ORANGE DOES ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:SECTION
I:Section 9101 of the Orange Municipal Code, by which
there is classified as R-1-6 District, that
certain real property in the City of Orange, County of Orange,
State of California,hereinafter described, is amended in order to
change the zoning classification of said property to
the c-l District.Said property
is described as follows:PARCEL EAST OF ANITA
DRIVE, CITY OF ORANGE:All that certain land situated in
the State of California,County of
Orange, described as follows:That portion of Lot 7 of the Lockhart Tract,
as shown on a map recorded in Book 4, Pages 512
and 513, of Miscellaneous Records, of Los Angeles county, acquired
by the State of California by Parcel 1 on Deed A4615,
recorded in Book 6190,Page 588 of Official Records, in the
office of the county Recorder of Orange County, and Deeds
A4623 and A4624, recorded in Book 5670, Page 92, and in Book
4828, Page 416, respectively,both of said Official Records,
included within
the following described lines:Beginning at a point on the North line
of Section 36, Township 4 South, Range 10 west, San
BernardinO Base, distant thereon North 890 04' 53" West, 985.15
feet from the Northeasterly corner of said Lot 7, said
point being the Northwesterly corner of the land acquired by the
State of California by said Deed A4623 thence along the
Easterly line of last mentioned acqui~ed land and
its Southerly prolongation South 000 55' 07" West 714.27 feet to
the Southeasterly line of said Parcell of'Deed A4615,
thence

line of said Parcell; thence along said Southerly line
North 890 04' 53" West, 56.65 feet; thence North 000 55' 07"
East, 315.12 feet to a tangent curve, concave Easterly and
having a radius of 1970.00 feet; thence Northerly along said
curve through an angle of 000 43' 12", an arc distance of
24.76 feet; thence tangent North 010 38' 19" East, 392.19
feet; thence North 390 19' 41" East 51.52 feet to a line
parallel with and distant Southerly 40.00 feet from said
North line of Section 36, thence North 000 55' 07" East
40.00 feet to said North line, thence along said North line
South 890 04' 53" East, to the Point of Beginning.
PARCEL WEST OF ANITA DRIVE, CITY OF ORANGE:
That portion of Lot 7 of the Lockhart Tract, as shown on a
map recorded in Book 4, Pages 512 and 513, of Miscellaneous
Records, of Los Angeles County, acquired by the State of
california by Parcel 1 of deed (state Parcel A4615) recorded
in Book 6190, Page 588 of Official Records, in the office of
the County Recorder of Orange County, lying Westerly of the
following described line:
Beginning at the Southwesterly corner of that certain parcel
of land acquired by the State of California by deed (State
Parcel A4624) recorded in Book 4828, Page 416 of Official
Records, in last said office; thence along the Southerly
prolongation of the Westerly line of last said parcel of
land South 000 55' 07" West, 488.38 feet to the Southerly
line of said Parcel 1.
SECTION II:
This ordinance shall be published once wi thin fifteen (15)
days after its passage in the Orange City News, a newspaper of
general circulation, published and circulated in the City of
Orange, and shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after
the date of its final passage.
ADOPTED this 21st day of August 1979.
