CMC, CITY CLERK ORDINANCE NO. 28-79 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ORANGE AMENDING SECTION 9101 OF THE ORANGE MUNICIPAL CODE AND APPROVING THE RECLASSIFICATION OF PROPERTY SITUATED AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF GLASS ELL STREET AND PALMYRA AVENUE, Zone Change 887 SANTIAGO BANK RECITALS: After report thereon by the Planning Commission and after due public hearings as required by law, and after finding the facts as shown by Resolut;lon No. 4894 adopted by the City Council the City Council of the City of Orange has concluded that the ' following amendment to section 9101 of the Orange Municipal Code should be adopted: NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ORANGE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: That portion of the "C. Z, Culver Hotel Tract", as shown on a map recorded in Book 15, Page 23 of Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles county, California, described as follows: Beginning at a point in the East line of Glassell Stree't distant 50 feet North of the Northwest corner of Lot 1 of said C. Z. Culver 1I0tel Tract; thence North along the East line of Glassell street 204 feet to the South line of Palmyra Avenue, formerly known as Beach Street; thence East along the south line of palmyra Avenue 264 feet to the West line of Orange Street; thence South along the West line of Orange Street 250 feet to a point 4 feet North of the Northeast corner of Lot 14 of said C. Z, Culver Hotel Tract; thenc';l West parallel to the North line of said Lot 14, a d~stance of 132 feet; thence North parallel to the West line of Orange Street, 46 feet; thence West 132 feet to the point of beginning.
