79 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ORANGE ELIMINATING THE DENSITY BONUS
SYSTEM FOR PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENTS BY
AMENDING SECTION 9250,2 OF THE ORANGE MUNICIPAL
CODE.Amendment
1-79 CITY
OF ORANGE WHEREAS, after the review of studies and a duly
held public hearing on March 27, 1979, the City Council has found
and determined that it was no longer necessary to provide the
bonus density system for Planned Unit Developments because other
incentives and considerations now make this a common type of development
in
the City,NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ORANGE DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I:The chart in Section 9250.2 of the Orange
Municipal Code is hereby amended by eliminating the bonus density
system and shall read
as
follows:
