79 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ORANGE AMENDING SECTION 9101 OF THE
ORANGE MUNICIPAL CODE AND APPROVING THE
RECLASSIFICATION OF PROPERTY SITUATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF
CIIAPMAN AVENUE, EAST OF RANCHO SANTIAGO
BOULEVARD.Zone Change

RECITALS:After report thereon by the Planning commission and
after due public hearings as required by law, and after finding
the facts as shown by Resolution No. 4981 adopted by the City
Council,the City Council of the City of Orange has concluded that
the following amendment to Section 9101 of the Orange Municipal
Code should be
adopted:NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ORANGE DOES ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:SECTION
I:Section 9101 of the Orange Municipal Code, by which
there is classified as RM-7 District, that certain
real property in the City of Orange, County of Orange, State
of California,hereinafter described, is amended in order to change
the zoning classification of said property to the
c-l District.Said property is
described as follows:A portion of Lot 19, Block B, of Oge and
Bond Tract per Book 1, Pages 44 and 45, of
Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County, California,
described as follows:BEGINNING at a point on the North
line of Chapman Avenue, 100 feet in width, said
point being Easterly 201 feet, more or less, and Northerly 50
feet from the centerline intersection of
Rancho Santiago Boulevard and Chapman Avenue; thence Northerly
along a line parallel with and distant 201 feet, more
or less, from the centerline of said Rancho
santiago Boulevard, a distance of 281.79 feet; thence Easterly
along a line parallel with and distant 331.79 feet
from the centerline of said Chapman Avenue, a distance of
455.60 feet;thence Southerly along a line parallel
with and distant 656 feet, more or less, from said
centerline of Rancho Santiago Boulevard, a distance o~ 157.

stant,174.50 feet from said centerline of Chapman Avenue
a d~stance of 98.15 feet; thence southerly along a
line parall~l with and distant 558.45 feet, more or less,
