79 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ORANGE AMENDING SECTION 9101 OF THE
ORANGE MUNICIPAL CODE AND APPROVING THE
RECLASSIFICATION OF PROPERTY SITUATED ON TilE NORTH SIDE
OF CHAPMAN AVENUE, EAST OF RANCHO SANTIAGO

RECITALS:After report thereon by the Planning Commission and
after due public hearings as required by law" and after finding
the facts as shown by Resolution No. 4979 adopted by the City
Council the City council of the City of Orange has concluded that
the 'following amendment to Section 9101 of the Orange Municipal
Code should be
adopted:NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ORANGE DOES ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:SECTION
I:Section 9101 of the Orange Municipal Code, by which
there is classified as RM-7 District, that certain
real property in the City of Orange, County of Orange, State
of California,hereinafter described, is amended in order to change
the zoning classification of said property to the
C-l District.Said property is
described as
follows:PARCEL 1:That portion of Lot Nineteen in Block "B H
of the "Land of Oge and Bond," in the city of
Orange, county of Orange, State of California, as shown on
a Map recorded in Book 3, Pages 430 and 431
of Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County, California,
described as follows:Beginning at a point in the south line
of said Lot Nineteen, said point being 556.60 feet
South 890 43'East from the Southwest corner of
said Lot Nineteen,said southwest corner being the
intersection of the centerlines of Chapman Avenue
and Santiago Boulevard,running thence North 00 07' West 130.00
feet along a line parallel to the East line of
said Lot Nineteen,thence South 890 43' East 100.00 feet
along a line parallel to the South line of said Lot Ninet~
en t~ a point in the Easterly line of the land descr~
bed ~n the deed from Joseph L. Marshall and wif~
to Ludwik Cajda and wife recorded July 25th, 1944, ~n
Book 1267, Page 25 of Official Records, thence south
along said Easterly line to a point in said south line, then~e

North along the West line of said Lot Nineteen,331.

to the West line of said Lot Nineteen to the South
line of said Lot Nineteen; thence West 656.60 feet,
more or less, along the South line of said Lot Nineteen

II:This
ordinance shall be published once within fifteen (15)days
after its passage in the Orange City News, a newspaper of general
circulation, published and circulated in the City of Orange,
and shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after the
date of its final passage.ADOPTED
