79 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ORANGE AMENDING SECTION 9101 OF THE
ORANGE MUNICIPAL CODE AND APPROVING THE
RECLASSIFICATION OF PROPERTY SITUATED AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER
OF CYPRESS STREET AND ALMOND
AVENUE.Zone Change

RECITALS:After report thereon by the Planning Commission and
after due public hearings as required by law, and after finding
the facts as shown by Resolution No. 4945 adopted by the City
Council,the City Council of the City of Orange has concluded that
the following amendment to section 9101 of the Orange Municipal
Code should be
adopted:NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ORANGE DOES ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:SECTION
I:Section 9101 of the Orange Municipal Code, by which
there is classified as C-2 District, that certain
real property in the City of Orange, County of Orange, State
of California,hereinafter described, is amended in order to change
the zoning classification of said property to the
RD-6 District.Said property is
described as follows:Lots 11, 12, 13, 14 and 16, Block A,
Chubb's Addition,the
Town of
Orange.SECTION II:This ordinance shall be published once
within fifteen (15)days after its passage in the Orange. City News ~ a
newsI?aper of general circulation, published and c~rculated ~n the
c~ty of Orange, and shall take effect thirty (30) days
from and after the date of
its final passage.ADOPTED this 20th day
