79 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ORANGE AMENDING SECTION 9101 OF THE
ORANGE MUNICIPAL CODE AND APPROVING THE
RECLASSIFICATION OF PROPERTY SITUATED ON THE EAST SIDE OF
RANCH VIEW TRAIL, APPROXIMATELY 282 FEET SOUTH OF
THE CENTERLINE OF AMAPOLA
AVENUE.Pre-Zone

JR.RECITALS:WHEREAS, after report thereon by the
Planning Commission and after due public hearings as required by law,
and after finding the facts as shown by Resolution No. 4931
adopted by the City Council, the City Council of the City of.
Orange has concluded that the following amendment to section 9101
of the Orange Municipal Code should be
adopted, and WHEREAS, there now exists in the
unincorporated territory of the County of Orange certain real
property hereinafter described which is designated as County of Orange E4-
1 District, and WHEREAS, the City of Orange desires
that the property hereinafter described be classified as City
of Orange R-1-40 District upon
completion of annexation proceedings incorporating the territory
into the City of Orange.NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF
ORANGE DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:SECTION I:The following described real
property is hereby changed to City of Orange R-1-40
District, said zoning to be effective upon annexation of said real
property to the City of Orange. Said real
property is more particularly described as follows:Lot 9 of Tract No.
931, in the County of Orange, State of California as per
map recorded in Book 29, Page 26 of Miscellane~us
Maps, in the office
of the
County Recorder of said county.SECTION II:This ordinance
shall be published once within fifteen (15)days after its passage in the Orange,
Ci ty News ~ a newsJ?aper of general circulation, published and
c~rculated ln the c~ty of Orange, and shall take
effect thirty (30) days from and
after the date of its final passage.
