RECLASSIFICATION OF PROPERTY SITUATED BETWEEN THE
WESTERLY TERMINUS OF FAIRWAY DRIVE AND HART

RECITALS:After report thereon by the Planning Commission and
after due public hearings as required by law, and after finding
the facts as shown by Resolution No. 4928 adopted by the City
Council,the City Council of the City of Orange has concluded that
the following amendment to Section 9101 of the Orange Municipal
Code should be
adopted:NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ORANGE DOES ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:SECTION
I:Section 9101 of the Orange Municipal Code, by which
there is classified as R-O and R-1-6
Districts, that certain real property in the City of Orange, County
of Orange, State of California, hereinafter described, is amended
in order to change the zoning classification of said property
to the RD-6 District.Said
property is
described as follows:PARCEL 1:The Southwest quarter of Lot 11
in Block "D" of the A. B. Chapman Tract, in the
City of Orange, county of Orange, State of California,
as per map recorded in Book 102, Page 15 of
Miscellaneous Maps, in the office of the
County Recorder
of said county.PARCEL 2:Lot "An of Tract No. 7652,
in the City of Orange,County of Orange, State of California,
as s~own on a map filed in Book 295, Pages 32
and 33 of Mlscel~aneous Maps, in the office of
the
county Recorder
of sald county.SECTION II:This ordinance shall be
published once within fifteen (15)days after its passage in the Orange
City News, a newspaper of general circulation, published and
circulated in the City of Orange, and shall take effect thirty (
30) days from and after the
date of its final passage.ADOPTED this
