THE CITY OF ORANGE AMENDING SECTION 17.06.
020 OF THE ORANGE MUNICIPAL CODE AND
APPROVING THE RECLASSIFICATION OF THE SANTA ANA
RIVER.ZONE CHANGE

RECITAlS :After report thereon by the Planning Conunission and after
due public hearings as required by law, and after finding the facts
as shown by Resolution No. PC 117-80 adopted by the City
Council, the city Council of the City of Orange has concluded that
the following amendment to section 17.06.020 of the Orange Municipal
Code should
be adopted:NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ORANGE DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I:Section 17.06.020 of the Orange Municipal Code, by
which there is classified as R-O District, that certain real property
in the City of Orange, County of Orange, State of
California, hereinafter described,is amended in order to change the zoning classification
of said property

Right of Way Maps Nos. 13 and 18 in the Office
of the
City Engineer.SECTION II:This ordinance shall be published
once within fifteen (15)days after its passage in the Orange City News,.

days from and after the date
