020 OF THE ORANGE MUNICIPAL CODE AND
APPROVING THE RECLASSIFICATION OF PROPERTY
SITUATED ON THE EAST SIDE OF BATAVIA STREET,
NORTH OF CHAPMAN
AVENUE.ZONE CHANGE

RECITALS:After report thereon by the Planning Commission and
after due public hearings as required by law, and after finding
the facts as.shown by Resolution No. 5302 adopted by the City
Council,the City Council of the City of Orange has concluded that
the following amendment to Section 17.06.020 of the Orange
Municipal Code should be
adopted:NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ORANGE OOES ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:SECTION
I:section 17.06.020 of the Orange Municipal Code, by
which there is classified as RD-6 District, that certain
real property in the City of Orange, County of Orange, State
of California,nereinafter described, is amended in order to change
the zoning classification of said property to the
RM-7 District.Said property is
described as
follows:PARCEL A:The South 57.00 feet of the west half
of lot 18,in Block A of Spotts villa Tract, as
shown on a map thereof recorded in Book 3,

Orange county,California.Excepting therefrom the west 7.
